The Stingray Allstars South Atlanta specializes in all-star cheerleading, recreation and school cheerleading instruction, team and recreation gymnastics, tumbling classes, and more. Located in Griffin, Georgia, we offer a variety of classes for all ages and skill levels. Our mission is to bring out the champion in every athlete we train; our vision is to be our community’s premier training facility, athlete-focused and operating with character and integrity.
During the competitive cheerleading season, our competitive teams enjoyed 9 national and division championships and TOP 10 finishes at the Summit. ALL teams won D2 Summit bids at competitions and traveled to Orlando to compete against the best of the best. Our Junior 5 team earned their way to the finals and were named #5 in the nation in their division. It’s fun to win and we admit our competitive spirit, but winning competitions isn’t our only aim. Our staff is intentional about coaching life skills. We focus on pride and confidence, trust and teamwork, commitment and accountability through disciplined instruction.
We understand that coachable children become employable adults, and we believe that today’s athletes are tomorrow’s leaders. We have a gym-wide, no-bullying policy and offer a safe zone for our community’s youth. The Stingray Allstars South Atlanta is often referred to as our athletes’ second home. It’s a place where friends become family. We are the Stingrays, and we invite you to join us!

Nicole is the wife of Lance Scott for over 20 years and the mother of Keely and Anbree. Nicole comes from a long line of cheer coaches as her grandmother, mother and aunt were all coaches. Nicole has cheered since she was nine years old on her mother’s team and has competed all the way through college. She started coaching all-stars while in college and fell in love with this career and has been coaching since.
Nicole worked at Freedom All-Stars from 2003-2007, Devilrays All-Stars 2007-2015 and Stingray All-Stars (who acquired Devilrays) from 2015 until she joined Legion of All-Stars, now The Stingray Allstars South Atlanta. She has won many titles in her career including but not limited to the following:
~High school region champion 14 times cheering and coaching.
~High school state runner up 6 times cheering and coaching.
~High school state champion 3 times coaching.
~College national champion 2003.
~Cheersport National champion 9 times.
~NCA National Champion in Dallas Texas 5 times.
~Summit Champion 3 times.
Nicole is USASF certified through level 5. She has also completed many USA gymnastics courses and is a member. She is certified in CPR and EpiPen trained.
